Cornellan Cottage is a lovely self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of Ballater (300 metres from the main square); retaining character and charm whilst boasting a raft of modern conveniences.  Situated close to the River Dee, Cornellan Cottage is in easy walking distance of the wealth of fine shops, restaurants, golf course, tennis courts and other amenities Ballater has to offer.  The secluded communal garden is a gem!

  

2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), Dining kitchen, Lounge, bathroom, wc, impressive communal gardens and dedicated car parking space.  Views include the River Dee and Royal Bridge.  Real fire.  Flat screen TV (satellite & dvd), cd/radio, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer. Double glazing, central heating. Cot & high chair etc. available on request.


Royal Bridge is right next to Cornellan Square (you can see it from Cornellan Cottage).

Cornellan Cottage combines the best of old and new.  It forms part of what was originally a steading that was a few years ago converted to form high quality linked cottages. The property has a real fireplace as well as central heating and double glazing.
